The program that tells you when to rest

UsefulRest is a utility that helps you take breaks while working with your computer. This way, you will avoid the harmful effects of spending too many hours in front of the screen: muscle pain, migraines, tired eyes, etc.

While you work, UsefulRest stays in the taskbar, without bothering you. When a break period is approaching, a warning box will appear. During the actual break, UsefulRest darkens the entire Desktop and displays a progress bar with the remaining break time.

A program of this kind should adapt to the user's habits; that's why UsefulRest allows you to define the type of break, the duration of work/rest cycles, the duration of micro-breaks, the security level, as well as backgrounds and sounds.
