Boomerang Fu is a multiplayer party game in which cute characters get brutal. Use cunning and trickery to get ahead of your rivals in a top-down playing field filled with interactive elements.
Similar in feel to other frantic party games like Stickman Party: 1 2 3 4 Player Games Free and Sausage Man, the main aim of Boomerang Fu is to bring players together. With a style that appeals to all ages, the game has something for many different players.
In Boomerang Fu, each player takes control of a cute food character (there are multiple options, including an eggplant, a banana, a coffee cup, an avocado slice and more) before jumping into all-out mayhem. The object is to throw boomerangs at the other players until they are sliced into oblivion. The cuteness will quickly become violent.
Boomerang Fu has three modes. In Free For All, you must destroy the other players. In Team Up mode, you will join forces with your friends for a common aim. Meanwhile, in the Golden Boomerang mode, the object is to grab a specific object before your rivals. In addition, it is possible to customize the game by altering certain mechanics.
The level maps in Boomerang Fu are extensively interactive. You can hide behind objects, enter teleporters, collect powerups that can be stacked into combinations, and use all kinds of tricks to get ahead of your opponents. The game rewards imaginative gameplay.
One downside to Boomerang Fu is that the game supports only local multiplayer; you will not be able to play with your friends online. Still, this is a minor shortcoming in a game that is otherwise full of appeal. Kids will like the cute characters, while older players will appreciate the off-color humor and addictive gameplay.
