Adventure of Brothers Penguins is a free adventure game created by Penguin Gundum brothers. Billed as a remake of the Japanese arcade game Penguin Brothers, this platformer lets you take control of a penguin duo as they fight their way to safety using bombs and acrobatic moves against bully animals.

A blast from the past

The famous penguin duo in 90s Japan is back in the remake Adventure of Brothers Penguins. With the core gameplay retained, nostalgia seekers can experience again the thrill of bomb-dropping mayhem. Like in Bomberman, you have to place bombs in strategic points to kill enemies and destroy obstacles.

Aside from bomb placement, you can also perform acrobatic tricks to hide from your enemies or protect yourself from explosions. Once you complete every level, whether in single-player or two-player mode, you must face the Boss for the ultimate showdown. Gameplay aside, the pixelated graphics could use some polishing.

Visuals matter

Although not an official release, Adventure of Brothers Penguins is a compelling remake of a beloved Japanese arcade game. While it retains the original gameplay, allowing nostalgic fans to experience the game as before, it falls short in the visual department. The graphics need refreshing for modern devices.
