The program offers a huge list of trackers and all you have to do is check the ones that you're interested in. A little pop up in your menu tray will inform you when a sign up opens.

You'll then have to click on the url button to open up the sign up page.

You can easily add new trackers to complement the list and remove the ones that you don't want to use.
