Free software application to change the color of a computer monitor

RedshiftGUI is a free software application which will change the color display of a monitor based off of ambient conditions. Natural lighting is associated with cooler tones such as blue while indoor lighting prompts the monitor to take on orange and red hues. The main intention of this package is to aid in the prevention of eye strain. This system could work quite well for those who regularly sit in front of a computer screen.
