While I like simple programs, I think Totally Free Burner goes a bit beyond the limit. It's nice to have a quick, straightforward app to burn your CD without hassle, but the program lacks basic features such as a proper documentation and a complete settings menu, more than just the few options you get when you're about to start burning.
