AT&T Communication Manager is an app that allows you to manage your data usage through Windows 8. Through the app, you can view your real-time usage and billing cycle to see how much bandwidth you have used.
AT&T Communication Manager also lets you see free notifications from AT&T, as well as changing your service plan to fit your needs. The app connects your AT&T services, which includes mobile phone usage.
The app is very simple, showing the current plan you are in and an usage summary. The data summary illustrates usage through text and a colored bar to visually show how close you are to the end of your data plan. Under the data summary, AT&T Communication Manager shows how many days you have left in your current billing cycle so you can monitor how much data is left before the end of the cycle.
