Delicious Library will appeal to those who want their discs, books, DVDs and any other media organized on their Mac. Delicious Library can store thousands of items, which are instantly searchable and easy to organize in different categories. Delicious Library has an elegant shelf view which gives you a great overview of all your stored items.
What makes Delicious Library stand out from other cataloging software is how it lets you add items to your catalog, either via Bluetooth or by using your integrated iSight camera. This last one is a little tricky, as you need to hold up the bar code right, however once done on a few items you get the hang of it and it works really well.
\nDelicious Library integrates your wishlist, ratings, and friends to generate smart recommendations so that if a friend owns a recommended item, Delicious Library highlights it. Delicious Library is also useful if you want to sell items that you no longer need or have read/watched. You can publish your collection to the web in just one click and even find out if something you own has special collector's value. However, this feature is only limited to Amazon.
Delicious Library is incredibly easy to use and looks great thanks to the elegant bookshelf view. It looks really awesome, especially on Retina Macs although it is quite hungry for RAM. It's very easy to see at a glance what you own, how much it is worth, how many of a book, DVD etc you have.
