Controlling a chocolate empire is not something you get to do everyday, and Chocolatier manages to do this an exciting, management type game.

Starting of at the head of a small chocolate maker, you need to make your company grow and beat the competition worldwide. You can go to the market and buy different ingredients like cocoa, nuts or fruits, innovate and launch new recipes.

The negotiation process is an important part of the game, especially when your selling your chocolate and when competing with rival companies.

We also liked how you can handle production and even take a little trip to the saloon to give yourself a break from working so hard.

Although the interface feels slightly crowded and it takes a bit of time to get up and running, we enjoyed playing Chocolatier.

The product itself is original, and the fact that you control everything, from production to sales and development make this really fun, especially when cash starts flowing and you conquer markets.
