YouTube Capture is a video app from Google that allows you to record and upload to YouTube and social networks directly from an iPhone or iPad running iOS 5 and above.
The app is easy to use. Once you log into your Google account, you can upload and share videos through Google+, Facebook, and Twitter. YouTube Capture has the option to record in 480p or 720p (and 1080p on iPad) and there's no limit to how long clips can be.
By default, when you rotate the device into landscape mode, the app will start recording. After you finish recording, you can enter a title, share the video to different social networks, and enhance the video.
The enhancements in YouTube Capture have options for color correction, stabilization, trimming the video, and adding different stock soundtracks. You do not have the same amount of options as a full-fledged video editor, but if you want to share videos quickly with friends, YouTube Capture is a great option.
YouTube Capture is a great, simple video recorder and uploader for YouTube. It has a lot of the editing features that the website version also includes, but YouTube Capture is not a substitute for a full functioning video recording and uploading program.
