SuperStar SMTOWN is a colourful and vibrant game that has been created around the K Pop genre. For those not already in the know, K Pop stands for Korean pop music and the songs from more than two dozen leading bands and performers are presented in a new way.

Toe Tapping Fun

To get started, players simply need to select their favourite K Pop artist or band. Players have to help their performer of choice to become the most famous K Pop celebrity of them all by listening to different songs and recreating the rhythm by tapping and swiping the screen of their Smartphone at the correct time. For people who have a good knowledge of K Pop this could be a lot of fun, although the game play can get a but repetitive and to the untrained ear many songs sound very similar.

With a collection of more than three hundred songs and two thousand cards to collect, SuperStar SMTOWN offers gamers plenty of content. However, the game is restricted to K Pop and people who are not familiar with this genre are likely to feel quite lost, while the adverts that pop up at regular intervals can be rather annoying after a while.
