MP3 Cutter and Ringtone Maker is a multimedia app developed by Hayan Apps and it gives users a quick and easy way to do that. It’s a simple little tool that has a simple function, but it does its job well and is definitely an asset to anyone who likes personalizing ringtones.

Features and Functions

MP3 Cutter and Ringtone Maker has one job, and that is to cut your music and create clips for ringtones. It has a simple and easy to understand interface that makes the process incredibly easy. In order to create a clip, all users have to do is make sure they have an appropriate MP3 file to be cut. Once an MP3 file has been selected, they will be taken to a clipping screen where they can use the sliders to indicate the clip they want to keep. After that, they just need to save and set it as a ringtone. 

Limitations

Sadly, the app doesn’t support any file type other than MP3. Though it never advertised that it could support any other file type, it would have still been nice to be able to turn other file types into ringtones. Despite this limitation, MP3 Cutter and Ringtone Maker does perform well in it's advertised function. The output audio after you cut the music doesn’t lose any of its quality after the cutting process. 

It also doesn’t support adding any effects to the music. Users must make sure that the files they want to cut don’t need any more embellishments.

Beautiful Design

The last thing to note about this app is its design. As mentioned above, in terms of interface, the Mp3 Cutter and Ringtone Maker is very intuitive. The aesthetics do leave a bit to be desired as it has an orange, pink, and purple color scheme that’s very straining to the eye. There’s also no way to change this color scheme which makes it even worse.

Simple and Functional

The Mp3 Cutter and Ringtone Maker has one simple job, and it does it pretty well. If you always find yourself needing to cut audio files for ringtones, this is definitely worth getting. However, since it’s free, there’s no reason not to get this even if you only need it just for one ringtone.
