An app for owners of Fastrack wearables

Fastrack Reflex World is a free fitness app for Fastrack-produced smartwatches, such as the Limitless FS1, Reflex Beat Plus, Reflex 3.0, Revolt FS1, and many more. Similar to ProFit Band and Fere Fit, it works by connecting your wearable to your smartphone, which in turn will allow you to use many of the app’s features. 

These include a step counter, heart rate monitor, and many more. However, take note that some features are exclusive to certain Fastrack smartwatches. Another issue with Fastrack Reflex World is its failure to accurately track data from time to time.

Tracks and displays health data

The Fastrack Reflex World app is a wonderful companion for every fitness enthusiast. Providing data on your heart rate, blood measure, and other health metrics, you’ll be able to assess your current level of physical fitness. The in-app sleep tracker also provides data on your sleep length and debt, to name a few. Calories burned, average pace, distance covered, and many more are tracked in the app, too.

What’s more, you can sync all the aforementioned data with Google Fit and enjoy seamless monitoring of your physical wellness. If you love exercising outdoors, you can make the app send call and text notifications on your watch without whipping out your phone—helping you stay focused on your workouts or morning jog. Additionally, you can decline calls with a text message.

Besides that, you can also get the latest weather forecasts, so you know if you need to stay indoors for a day or two. As it’s a program for smartwatches, it comes with cool and cute watch faces—or “Bandfaces”—for personalizing your wearable, albeit the selections are limited. Speaking of drawbacks, some users reported connectivity issues and lower media volume when using the app.
