The Apple Pay app for Android has been designed to be used in stores, online, and in-person with other Android devices. It lets you make purchases in stores, and it’s compatible with most online and in-person services.
How does Apple Pay work?
When you make a purchase using Apple Pay in a store, you’ll see a confirmation screen on the merchant’s device. You’ll be able to pay using Apple Pay in the same way you would have paid using a debit or credit card. The merchant can choose to reject the payment, in which case you’ll see a notification on your device.
Online payments are also supported. If you make a purchase on an online service, you’ll see a confirmation screen on the merchant’s device.
